Seems like President Jacques Chirac of France is busy these days listening to little voices in his head. I don't want to be one to speculate, but I suspect some of those voices might be speaking English...

COVERT attempts by President Chirac to exert influence over Africa were exposed by a French court yesterday, when it denounced his secret services for conniving with a band of mercenaries in a coup in the tiny Comoros Islands. (Read the rest here...)
